arrangement of the munge processes  XML

just a suggestion, arranging the munge processes in order of their priority level.
i think currently the munge processes are arranged in the tree according to the order they were made in.

You're right.. new processes are added at the bottom of the list.

I think our intention for fixing this problem was to eliminate the "priority" field from the user interface completely, and allow you to rearrange your munge processes in the list view that you get when you click on the munge processes folder in the tree. If multiple munge processes match the same pair of records, the match will be attributed to the munge process highest in the list. We feel this will be easier to do (as a user), easier to explain (in training and the user guide), and easier to understand (for everyone).
