Currently, when running one match engine, on a project if you open a different project the run engine buttons are disabled.

It would be nice to be able to run either multiple match engines or a match and merge engine concurrently.

You're right.. we should only disable other engines within the same project... not all projects. We have already started working on a fix for this. It should be available within the next few days.
