SQL Power Loader Release 4.0 Yields 230% Performance Improvement

SQL Power has just released release 4.0 of the SQL Power Loader. This version is even more powerful than the last, and includes several new features and performance improvements.

Ability to Load SQL Server Databases

In the past, users could read from any data source, but were limited to loading Oracle databases. This new feature now makes it possible for users to load their dictionary in their SQL server data base and use all of their preferred SQL Power Loader features in a SQL Server environment.

Additional Data Mapping Functionality

A new step has been added to the Data Mapping screen, labeled "Transformation". This new extra step runs after all of the other transformation steps (TGMSD), to allow for the user to implement additional business rules.
